SHIPPING POLICY

INDIA DELIVERIES

We charge a flat rate of INR 200 for all orders and currently only ship within India.

For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 7 working days.

We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries -Delhivery.

We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at your shipping address 3 times before it is returned to us. In case of a return, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order and will share additional shipping costs for the to & fro shipment of the order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Shipping charges vary as per size and the country where the consignment is to be delivered.

Once we have shipped your order is shipped, it typically takes between 5-8 working days to be delivered to your international address. However the timelines may vary based on your location.

Any duties & taxes for imports, if applicable has to be borne by the client. NOA Clothing doesn't offer pre-paid duties & taxes currently due to local governmental laws.

RETURN POLICY

https://www.noaclothing.com endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

We currently do not offer an exchange or a return. 

Damages and issues 
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a picture of the defect for us to understand the issue and find a solution.

You can contact our customer care at info@noaclothing.com. We will look into your concern and respond back within 2 working days.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information: - 
Order number - Delivery address - details of defective or incorrect product, along with an image of the item.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and packaging are intact.Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.

e-Gift Cards are also non-returnable and non-transferable.

What if your have ordered a wrong size?

Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at info@noaclothing.com or WhatsApp on our customer care number +91 7042887666. We will not be able to exchange a product for size related issues.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue you a credit note with a validity of 6 month for purchases on the website.
